Overview

ASAPP is introducing the Knowledge Base Search feature to GenerativeAgent, aimed at improving the ability to search and manage knowledge base articles.

This feature includes a free text search that covers article titles, text, and URLs, along with metadata filters such as content source name, content source type, creator, and deployment status.

These filters can be combined using “and” operators for more refined search results

The free text search covers:

  • Article Titles
  • Article Text
  • URLs

Users can apply filters such as:

  • Content source name
  • Content source type
  • First activity Range
  • Created by
  • Last modified by
  • Deployment status
  • Metadata

Filters can be combined using “AND” operators for refined search results, then users can manage and locate relevant articles.

Users can reset all applied filters or navigate articles without losing search context. Additionally, users can select all articles in a search result for bulk undeploying and deleting.
