Overview

AutoTranscribe Sandbox enables administrators to see speech-to-text capabilities designed for real-time agent assistance. Accessible through AI-Console, it’s a playground designed to preview ASAPP’s transcription without waiting for an integration to complete. Use and Impact

AutoTranscribe is specifically designed for the contact center setting and supports real-time, highly accurate transcription. Initial Use When using AutoTranscribe Sandbox for the first time, results are produced from baseline ASAPP models that are designed for the contact center setting. At this stage, the sandbox environment helps demonstrate transcript functionality, but it does not reflect the performance of a custom-trained model. Custom-Trained Models Once a transcription model has been customized using real conversations from your contact center, AutoTranscribe Sandbox will capture terminology that is unique to your business. The Sandbox also allows administrators to preview configured redaction of sensitive information, and test new redaction rules before deploying them to production.

How It Works

Watch the following video walkthrough to learn how to use the AutoTranscribe Sandbox: ::: iframe ::: AutoTranscribe Sandbox enables users to generate transcriptions directly in the browser by using the computer’s microphone. Users can simulate an entire conversation by switching between playing the role of an agent and a customer. In addition, ASAPP provides pre-loaded sample conversations that can be played back to generate live transcripts automatically. Once redaction rules are configured, the live transcript will redact sensitive information such as credit card information, social security numbers, or email addresses.

  1. What information does AutoTranscribe Sandbox redact? AutoTranscribe Sandbox will redact following your configured redaction rules set in partnership with your ASAPP account team. If no rules have been configured, ASAPP’s default redaction rules will apply.
  2. Does ASAPP store voice conversations recorded using the AutoTranscribe Sandbox? To protect customer’s privacy, ASAPP does not store any voice data received from AutoTranscribe Sandbox. Saving a conversation will only store the conversation transcript as text.
